If you’d really like to use weight, but no diet has helped up until now, we suggest going for the cucumber diet. As the name suggests, the diet is based on cucumbers, a powerful and healthy vegetable that is one of the ideal weight loss foods. You can eat as much as you’d like of the vegetable and consume a healthy and tasty cucumber shake in order to curb your cravings.

The diet is pretty easy to follow and besides helping you shed more than a few pounds, it will purify your body, boost your digestion and metabolism and improve the health and quality of your skin as well.

Cucumbers are one of the most powerful vegetables for our health. They’re a great natural diuretic and a great detox veggie as well, which will remove toxins from your body and keep your skin clean and smooth as well.

Here’s how the diet plant looks like:

Breakfast

Chop 200 gr. of cucumbers on cubes, then add them to a cup of low-fat yogurt. Eat the tasty and fresh yogurt and have an apple or peach if you’re still too hungry.

Lunch

Lunch is reserved for a few pieces of toast and a bowl of cucumber salad. Alternatively, you can also eat a few baked potatoes and a cucumber salad with a bowl of fruit salad for dessert. The potatoes can be baked or boiled and you can also have a cup of coffee or tea with no sugar.

If you don’t like potatoes, you can eat either 2 boiled eggs, a can of tuna, 150 gr. of grilled white meat and a few pieces of whole grain toast. Of course, you can pair all of this with a bowl of cucumber salad.

Snack

For snacks, you’re only allowed to consume this tasty cucumber shake:

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • A handful of spinach
  • 20 gr. walnuts and almonds
  • A bit of ginger

Preparation

Like with any smoothie, mix everything in a blender and enjoy. This tasty shake will boost your energy levels and provide your body with nutrients such as vitamins A, B, C and K as well as potassium, calcium, magnesium and fiber.

Dinner

Enjoy a bowl of fruit salad (300 gr.) for dinner – you can pick the fruits yourself.

If you want to see even better results, restrict your options – eat the aforementioned breakfast, a few pieces of toast and cucumber salad for lunch and a fruit salad for dinner. The diet lasts for a week and will quickly put your digestion and metabolism in order, helping you lose weight in only a short time.
